"I have attached the instructions for different email providers per your request.

AOL:
If you are not receiving emails from us and they are not appearing in your junk/spam folders you will need to whitelist our email address through your email provider so you can receive the emails.

Here are step-by-step instructions for whitelisting an email address in AOL:

·        Log in to your AOL account.

·        Open Contacts from the left navigation pane.

·        Click the New Contact icon and enter the required information (email address)

·        Click the Save button at the bottom.

 Apple:
If you are not receiving emails from us and they are not appearing in your junk/spam folders you will need to whitelist our email address through your email provider so you can receive the emails.

To prevent Apple Mail from automatically blocking certain emails, users can whitelist trustworthy mail addresses by following the steps:

·        Open Apple Mail.

·        Go to “Mail” in the menu bar and select “Preferences.”

·        In the Preferences window, click on the “Junk Mail” tab.

·        In the “Junk Mail” tab, select the “Allow Mail from” option.

·        Enter the email address or domain (@lionsclubs.org) you want to whitelist in the provided field.

·        Click on the “+” button to add it to your whitelist.

·        Click on the “OK” button to save the changes.

BigPond:
If you are not receiving emails from us and they are not appearing in your junk/spam folders you will need to whitelist our email address through your email provider so you can receive the emails.

To prevent Bigpond Mail from automatically blocking certain emails, users can whitelist trustworthy mail addresses by following the steps:

·        Login to your Bigpond mail. On the upper right hand of the screen, click on the gear icon that reads “Settings”.

·        On the left, right under SETTINGS, click on “Mail” and then click on “Safe Senders”.

·        On the Safe Senders sub-menu, please write “*@lionsclubs.org” in the blank square next to Add email address, and click on the (+) Add button.

All future @lionsclubs.org emails will arrive on your inbox.

Gmail:
If you are not receiving emails from us and they are not appearing in your junk/spam folders you will need to whitelist our email address through your email provider so you can receive the emails.

If you use Gmail as your email provider, it’s easy to stop certain Gmail messages from going to spam. You just need to set Gmail spam filters to never mark all future communications from that sender as unwanted mail. Whitelisting emails in Gmail can be done quickly through the web client:

·        Log in to your Gmail account.

·        Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner, then select See all settings.

·        Navigate to the tab labeled Filters and Blocked Addresses to access information about your existing filters, and select Create a new filter.

·        Select Create a new filter

Note: To whitelist a single sender, type the entire address. On the other hand, if you’re trying to whitelist every sender from a certain domain, type the domain alone, such as “@lionsclubs.org”. This will set Gmail spam settings to approve every message from a Yahoo sender.

·        Enter the emails or domains you want to add to the Gmail whitelist into the From section.

·        Click Create filter to confirm.

·        Click Create filter

·        Put a mark next to Never send it to Spam to add this address to the Gmail safe sender list.

·        Click Create filter again to save settings.

Outlook:
If you are not receiving emails from us and they are not appearing in your junk/spam folders you will need to whitelist our email address through your email provider so you can receive the emails.

If you use Outlook as your email provider, it’s easy to stop certain email messages from going to spam.  To whitelist email domain or a specific address in Outlook.com means adding it to a group called Safe senders. A whitelisted address will bypass Outlook spam filters and be delivered to your inbox. To add an address or domain to the Safe senders list:

·        Sign in to your Outlook inbox on the web.

·        Select the gear icon in the top right corner to access Settings.

·        On the left sidebar, click on Mail, then navigate to Junk email.

·        Click on +Add under Safe senders and domains to add a contact to the allowed list.

·        Click on +Add under Safe senders and domains

·        Enter the domain name (@lionsclubs.org) or email address you wish to add to Safe senders. Make sure to include the @ character for domain names.

Alternatively, you can simply add an individual address that has sent you a message to your Outlook Contacts. Though they lead to the same result, this method is quicker and more efficient than manually entering information.

Proton Mail:
If you are not receiving emails from us and they are not appearing in your junk/spam folders you will need to whitelist our email address through your email provider so you can receive the emails.

To prevent Proton Mail from automatically blocking certain emails, users can whitelist trustworthy mail addresses by adding them to the ProtonMail whitelist.

·        Log in to your ProtonMail account.

·        Click the Settings gear icon in the top right and press All settings button.

·        Click the Filters tab.

·        Press Add address or domain button under Spam, block, and allow lists.

·        Select Allow

·        Enter the sender’s email or domain name (@lionsclubs.org) and click Add address.

Yahoo:
If you are not receiving emails from us and they are not appearing in your junk/spam folders you will need to whitelist our email address through your email provider so you can receive the emails.

If you use Yahoo as your email provider, it’s easy to stop certain messages from going to spam. Whitelisting emails in Yahoo can be done quickly through the following steps:

·        Navigate to Settings icon, then click More Settings from the Yahoo Mail menu.

·        Select Filters and hit Add new filters to enter information about the domain name or sender.

·        From here, you can enter any string of text you want to whitelist in future emails. This could be anything from an email address or domain name (@lionsclubs.org).

·        Fill in the details and save the filter
